Grandma and Grandpa visit Huntley grandboys!
We are visiting the Huntley's!! Yesterday (Saturday June 12) we arrived in Dallas to spend a week visiting Ruth, Adam, little John, and the NEW LITTLE ONE, Samuel Paul Huntley. Tonight we had Pat and Shanna Molitor come for supper with their three darling children Josie(almost 4), Max (2), and Peter (5months). They are very friendly children, and we had a great time catching up with Pat and Shanna. After Ruth went privately into her room to nurse little Samuel, all these children barged happily in to "visit" her and bombard her with questions.

Happy Birthday Paul!
We had a fun day celebrating Dad's Birthday. He is now 51 years old! Dad went with the boys for baseball practice tonight while I stayed home and made supper and did a little "Grandma Handiwork". When they got back, we all went on a walk at the nature center. It was a beautiful, quite warm evening. We saw several deer, and the boys raced us back to the car by a different route. (These pictures were taken with Dad's cell phone camera, so they are not great quality. But a lot better than nothing!)

After we got home and had supper, Joseph had a great idea for the candles! He used little tea candles in the shape of "51"!! And of course, there was 1 candle left after Dad blew them out, because as Timothy pointed out, "You don't have any other girlfriends"!
A Big "Thank You" to all you children away from home for calling and wishing Dad "Happy Birthday". It was special for him to hear from you all!
P.S. If any of you haven't heard...Timothy and Daniel almost certainly have the chicken pox! I was very excited to see them, and very surprised! It brought back many memories! And it has been SO many years since we had chickenpox in our family. (About 14) I will be checking the spots tomorrow to make a final diagnosis!
