The End of An Era

Sad, but true...Today we sold the old blue tougher for $1200.  And I guess that is the end of us being a 15 passenger van family!! (Rebecca, ask Dan if that makes him feel better about us!:)

Joseph is driving for Arctic Glacier this summer delivering many thousands of pounds of ice a day and doing lots of overtime.  This truck today was one of the old ones, but Joseph has driven bigger and nicer ones too.  Dad got this picture because Joseph delivered right across from Trendex and when I heard that, I quick grabbed the camera to send to work with Dad, as I was hoping somehow to get a picture of Joseph this summer! Joseph likes the job, and we are thankful for the opportunity to make money for next year's college.

Flower Garden 2013!

I got the garden planted yesterday.  I thought I would be happy just getting the zinnias in. But the day was perfect...not to hot, not too cold, and not wet!  So I just kept going!  And after 7.5 hours of planting, it was done!!! I am so thankful!  And today I have some pretty sore muscles!

Congratulations on your Graduation, Joseph!

Joseph graduated this past Saturday June 1, 2013.
Daniel, Daniel, and Daniel stood at the door as ushers.

Joseph and Esther after the ceremony.

Kelvin and Brenda Simms were the speakers
for the charge to the senior class.  They did a
wonderful job!

Here is Joseph's table.  The Smarties candy in the bowl are
almost gone already.  And get this...only one other person put out
candy, and his name is Joseph, and he put out Smarties too!

These guys went over to the McDonalds next door
to see if they coulf get the "Senior Discount".  No,
they could not.  But they did each get a free ice cream cone!

Well, I specifically took this video for you older ones who couldn't be here, but for some reason it is in the wrong direction, and I could not find how to turn it like you turn the usual pictures.
